By accessing or using our online services you agree to bind by these terms and conditions of use as amended from time to time without prior notice. Please read carefully the following details.

Shipping policy
All items are checked before shipping out. If you received a broken item we can claim against the courier company, please contact us immediately, keep the items as it is, take a photo and send to us. We do not accept cases reported over 7 days. Reimbursements of claims will be the value that the courier company will compensate towards each individual. It will take approximately 30 days for any compensation to occur.

Refund or Return of Purchases
At CarsElectronics we ask our customer to return goods within 14 days, 7 days applies to local customer. Goods can only be accepted back for refund or exchange in good condition including undamaged original packaging, complete instruction books, manuals, accessories, etc. customer must have proof of purchase and is liable for freight expenses of any type have been incurred.

Warranty
All products come with 1 year warranty from the date of purchases. Faulty goods are replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. Customer must pay for freight charges when sending items back. Freight will be refunded back to the customer if found faulty. Any items that are found to be defective customer must contact us via email or phone for instructions.

Warranty becomes void when damages are caused by wear and tear, misused in proper installation or operations, neglects and accidents. (Note: installation should be carried out by a professional any damage caused by improper installation will not be covered). Warranty does not apply to any repairs attempt by unauthorized personnel, or any parts that are replaced. Warranty also does not cover for accessories.
Customer must have proof of purchased and warranty card.

Legal Disputes
CarsElectronics.com.au operates under the laws and regulations of the State of Queensland. Therefore any legal disputes will be conducted in courts or tribunals situated in Queensland and under the laws and regulations of Queensland.
